Our process

What is print on demand?

POD or print on demand is a unique service that allows us to create and provide tee shirt designs quickly without the need to inventory large amounts of stock. Partnering with POD manufactures help us to keep costs down and provide great quality tees.

How do I care for print on demand garments

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. We use high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Ordering and delivery

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate shipping for most items however, quantity of items and loation will vary. Please refer to the shipping calculator at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

how long will it take for my order to ship

Once your order is placed it goes into production, this process can take between 2-7 days in addtion to shipping leadtimes.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of Print on Demand garments we do not offer exchanges, be sure to refrance the size and fit charts for each product prior to purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at buffalobrand@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via buffalobrand@outlook.com Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
